But then again, it's more about exercising the right choices. I'm sure that Tandoori chicken and Fried carrot cake can't be that good for you. I made myself something simple but interesting for lunch today - frozen (peas, chopped onions, chopped green and red peppers) with one Morning Star Black bean burger patty and pepper, turmeric, chilli powder and a little olive oil. Threw it in the microwave for 2 mins and I must say, it worked out pretty darn well. I’m in complete agreement with you regarding Asian food, including Indian food. Somehow asian food is made up such that no matter how badly we eat we don't seem to balloon up that much - probably because after 2-3 meals of fast food we probably get real sick of it and starting heading to the hawker centres instead - where like it or not a rice alternative, whilst not always the healtiest, still achieves the goal of stemming the junk food tide and still provides some nutrients of sorts -grins- all hail subway! haha and i sense that i’m one of those on your boat with yourself :)
